I’m Nguyen The Bao (Ngthebao), a final-year Software Development student at FPT Polytechnic. Backend development is where I feel most confident.
I’m currently focused on C#/.NET while gradually expanding my web skills and working toward becoming a full-stack developer.

A team-built performance platform connecting strategic goals with KPI assignment, check-ins and reviews. I contributed automated project and task creation from OKRs and improved KPI check-in workflows and UI.
